"Nonni e nipoti” a Sfruz -Val di Non (TN): un’esperienza di vacanza intergenerazionale e alternanza scuola – lavoro

ITA: La Vacanza Intergenerazionale a Sfruz ha visto la sua quindicesima edizione. La vacanza è caratterizzata dal fatto che entrambi i gruppi dei “nonni” e dei “nipoti” si sentano protagonisti in quanto i primi portatori di esperienza, di saperi e testimoni di un passato, i secondi conoscitori di nuove tecnologie. Entrambi hanno un obiettivo comune: conoscersi giocando ruoli diversi: i “nipoti” come insegnanti e i “nonni” come discenti.Spesso, però, i ruoli si invertono perché sia i nonni che i nipoti diventano nel contempo insegnanti e discenti, favorendo l’evolversi della relazione.L’esperienza della Vacanza Intergenerazionale del 2016 è stata arricchita da un nuovo traguardo: l’ARIPT-FoRP in collaborazione con l’Istituto Tecnico Vittorio Emanuele II di Bergamo ha sperimentato la formula dell’Alternanza Scuola-Lavoro per favorire negli studenti (chiamati “nipoti”) la capacità di ascolto, di relazione in modo di comprendere meglio le esigenze dell’altro e la capacità di autonomia nell’esercizio dei propri compiti. ENG:It was the fifteenth edition of “Intergenerational Holiday in Sfruz". In this intergenerational holiday there was two groups: “the grandparents” and “the grandchildren”. The purpose of the project there was make protagonists “the grandparents” as bearers of experience, knowledge, as witnesses of the past; “the grandchildren” as newtechnology teachers. Both of them had a common purpose: know each other, playing different roles: “the grandchildren" became teachers and “the grandfathers" became learners.Often, however, the roles have been reversed, because “the grandparents” and “the grandchildren” became teachers and learners at the same time, and this situation has promoted the development of the relationship.The Intergenerational Holiday 2016 experience has been enriched with a new goal: l’ARIPT-FoRP in collaboration with “Istituto Tecnico Vittorio Emanuele II di Bergamo” has experienced the formula “school-work” to promote in the students, called “the grandchildren”, listening and relational abilities, in order to know the other needs and to develop the autonomy in their own duties.
